PLEASE
NOTE: in order for you to
use Business Unmetered correctly, you must have a BT line installed.
Business Unmetered is NOT currently available to those who
use NTL, Kingston or any other non-BT telephone provider. Those
chosing the ADSL option must initially have your PC connected through
a normal modem and telephone line for set-up purposes.

Click
below to download the Business Unmetered set-up file. When prompted,
choose to 'save the file to disk', and click 'OK'.
Choose a directory on your PC where you would like to store the
download. Make a note of which directory you choose. Click 'Save',
and the download will take around 10 minutes using a standard
56k modem.

Once
the download is complete, close your browser, and, from your desktop,
locate the directory where you just saved the Business Unmetered set-up
file. In this directory, look for a file named 'business'.
Double click this file to start the set-up procedure.
This will take you through the set-up for Business Unmetered.
Initially your PC will be allocated an 0845 dial-up number in order
for the set-up procedure to talk to our servers and initiate your
account. By following the setup instructions, this will be changed
to a free-to-dial number or ADSL connectivity.
You will be asked to choose your first email address, and fill in
a few details about your system. Your browser will then automatically
re-open and you can select the Business Unmetered access package you
require and make payment using a secure connection. |

by credit/debit card or Direct Debit.

not withhold your caller ID when making calls to Business Unmetered.

uses a new identity, and it may initially seem that your existing
email addresses have disappeared - they have not. To get back to
